Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with us at Lowerleazes  Boarding Kennels, the owner agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions we have set in place. Please read this agreement carefully. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

bookings and deposits 

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our online system, by phone, or in writing.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is due the day of arrival.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

vaccinations and health requirments

To ensure the safety of all our guests, the following mandatory vaccinations must be up-to-date and administered at least 14 days prior to arrival:

  • Canine Distemper

  • Infectious Canine Hepatitis

  • Canine Parvovirus

  • Leptospirosis

  • Kennel Cough (Bordetella bronchiseptica)

Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian must be provided prior to check-in. We reserve the right to refuse admission without appropriate documentation.

health and medical conditions

  • All animals must be in good general health. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Pets showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, skin issues, etc.) may be refused entry.

  • Owners are responsible for any veterinary fees incurred while their pet is in our care.

  • In case of emergency, we will seek veterinary attention at our discretion, prioritizing the animal’s health and welfare. We will attempt to contact you immediately.

Veterinary care may be provided by our on-call veterinarian or your registered vet, where possible.

parasite control

All pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and worms upon arrival. If a pet is found to have parasites, we will treat them at the owner's expense.

feeding and medication

  • We provide premium-quality food; however, owners may bring their pet’s own food if preferred.

  • Detailed feeding instructions must be provided at check-in.

  • All medications must be clearly labeled with dosage and administration instructions.

  • We do not administer injectable medications (e.g., insulin) unless arranged in advance.

personal items 

  • You are welcome to bring bedding, toys, and comfort items.

  • All items must be clearly labeled.

  • While we take care to safeguard your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

drop-off and pick up

  • Pets must be dropped off and collected during our opening hours:
    Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM-11:30AM, if you require a PM pick up this must be arranged on arrival.

  • Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.

  • Only individuals authorized by the owner may collect a pet.

cancellations and no shows

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking start date will forfeit the deposit only.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking may incur full charges.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

liability 

  • While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being, Lowerleazes Boarding Kennels cannot be held liable for:

    • Injury, illness, or death due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable incidents

    • Escape due to unforeseen circumstances

    • Loss or damage of personal items

Owners accept that all care is provided at the owner’s risk.

photography and media 

By using our services, you grant permission for us to take photos or videos of your pet for marketing and social media purposes. If you do not wish your pet to be featured, please inform us.
